Busy, busy this week. I've been working on unplugging the novel bottleneck. I think I mentioned before that you'd probably want to slap me if you knew just how many projects I'm juggling at any one point and time. You'd want to do it twice if you knew how many of those are really close to being finished.

I've got a horribly short attention span. I'll write a few chapters on something and I'm having fun, but then I'll see another unfinished project in my dropbox and remember how much fun I was having with it and I'll jump over and write a chapter or two and I think you probably see the problem with that approach...

I've realized that I'm only going to clear the bottleneck by picking a story and sticking with it until it's finished before moving on to the next. You would not believe how hard that is for me, but I'm trying. I really am.

I have noticed there are more subscribers to this newsletter than there have been downloads of my FREE new novella, Transcription. I sent out a separate, subscriber-only email last week with a link in it. If you missed it, maybe check your SPAM box. And if you find it there, be sure to mark it "not SPAM", so that doesn't happen again.
